Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect when you visit our pages, buy and use Everyday Well Living, why we use it and what control you have over it. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and respects the data protection rights of the country where you live.

Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Rafaela Samya, an individual based in São Paulo, SP, Brasil, who offers Everyday Well Living. She is also the person in charge of data protection (the LGPD "encarregado" / data protection contact).

What data we collect
We only collect what we need to sell, deliver and run the app:
- Purchase: your name, email and phone number, entered at checkout, plus the order number, product, price, currency and payment status. Card or bank details are typed directly on the payment processor's page and never reach our servers.
- Access: a secure access session that keeps the app unlocked on your devices, linked to the email used in the purchase.
- Your notebook: favorites, notes, shopping list, preferences and backups you create in the app. They are stored on your device and synced with your account so you can use them on other devices.
- My Day (optional): age, sex used in the calculation, height, weight, activity level, goal and the meals and foods you log. This information relates to health, so it receives extra care: it is used only to calculate and show your estimated targets, calendar and reports.
- Food search: the words you type in the food search are sent by our servers to USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts to fetch nutrition data. We do not send your name, email or account to these services.
- Browsing: pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you (such as UTM parameters), device and browser type, language, approximate country and city inferred from the connection, and your IP address stored only as a pseudonymized hash, never in full.
- Support: the messages you send us by email and our replies.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To process your purchase, deliver access and keep order records: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and consumer law).
- To run the app, sync your notebook and answer support requests: performance of the contract.
- To calculate My Day targets from health-related data: your consent, given when you choose to fill in these fields. You can stop using My Day and ask us to delete this data at any time.
- To measure visits, understand which pages and campaigns work and keep the service secure: our legitimate interest, using pseudonymized data and without building advertising profiles.
- To send emails about your purchase and access (delivery link, receipts, important notices): performance of the contract. We do not send marketing emails without your permission.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use third-party advertising networks. We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Payment processors (such as Stripe, InfinitePay, Mercado Pago or PayPal, depending on your country) to charge and, when applicable, refund your payment. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery provider, to send your access link and receipts.
- Hosting, network and storage providers that run our servers, content delivery and images.
- Public authorities, only when required by law or court order.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil or outside your country. When this happens we rely on the safeguards allowed by the LGPD and by the law that protects you, such as contractual clauses and providers with recognized security practices.
How long we keep data
- Orders and payment records: for at least 5 years, as required by tax and consumer law.
- Account, notebook and My Day data: while your access is active or until you ask us to delete it.
- Browsing statistics: kept in pseudonymized form and used in aggregate.
- Support emails: for as long as needed to solve your request and to protect our rights.
- When you ask for deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (article 18), and under the law of your country where it gives you more protection, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed based on consent;
- provide your data in a portable format (the app also lets you export a backup of your notebook);
- tell you who we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
How to exercise your rights
Send an email to [email protected] from the address used in your purchase, saying what you need. We may ask for a confirmation to protect your account. We answer within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to systems, pseudonymized identifiers and payment processors that keep card data away from our servers. No system is 100% secure; if an incident puts you at relevant risk, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
Age requirement
Everyday Well Living is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies and browser storage for essential functions, anonymous statistics and campaign attribution. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will let you know by email or with a notice in the app.
