Everyday Well Living is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. After the payment is confirmed you receive an email with a secure link that opens the app already unlocked, usually within minutes.

If the email has not arrived within 1 hour, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, write to [email protected] with the email used in the purchase and we will send your access.

7-day guarantee

You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of payment and receive 100% of the amount paid back. You do not need to give a reason. This follows the right of withdrawal in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

If the law of your country gives you a longer period or broader rights, that law applies.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• the email address used in the purchase;
• the order number, if you have it (it is in the purchase email);
• a short line saying you want a refund.

Processing time

We confirm your request and process the refund within up to 7 business days, using the same payment method. The time for the money to appear depends on the payment processor and your bank or card issuer: on credit cards it may appear on the next statement or the one after.

After the refund

Access to the app ends when the refund is processed. Before asking, you can export a backup of your notebook in the app if you want to keep your notes.

Access problems

If something does not work, tell us: we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you even after the 7 days, as the consumer law provides for products that do not work as described.

Before opening a chargeback

Please contact us first. A refund requested by email is usually faster than a dispute with the card issuer, and it keeps your payment history clean.
